What to Expect

We’re excited to get you on your way to seamless healthcare. If you haven’t already, please take a moment to download the Redirect Health Member App. Here’s what happens next.

  1. You’ll receive an activation text to the cell phone number you provided. Be sure to click the link to finalize your registration.
  2. If you need immediate care, you can use the Member App to call or text with your care team or any provider 24/7. If you haven’t downloaded the app, please call us at 888.407.7928.

I.D. Cards

Once you are registered, your ID card is always at your fingertips 24/7 via the Member App. We can also send it by text or email if you contact us through the Extra Help
section below.

Scheduling Appointments

We are here to help you determine whether you need virtual, in-person, urgent, or emergency care. If you believe you need critical help immediately, dial 911. Then, when you are able to, contact us. For everything else, contact us FIRST via app or phone. Virtual and routine in-person visits are available at no cost to you!

We will begin coordinating care by identifying your needs, doing all of your appointment preparation, and scheduling the correct care with our open network of providers, or one of your own. For many members, a Redirect Health Primary Care Physician can resolve many care issues, including prescribing or refilling medications, ordering labs or imaging services, and more.
