Follow these steps to download and set up your app
Register & Login
Select "Register" at the bottom of the login screen and enter your first and last name, and date of birth. You will receive a text verification code so you can create your username and password. If prompted at login, allow location data while using the app.
Verify Your Information
Select "My Membership Card" to verify your membership information. If you notice anything that needs to be corrected, select "Update" to update your information instantly. If you have dependents that will use the app, please ensure their email and mobile phone number are correct.

Why should I schedule my appointments through the app and not on my own?A.
Great question! Scheduling through the App instead of on your own ensures you get the most out of your benefits and your appointment. Routine care appointments coordinated by Redirect Health are always a $0 copay.
My app is stuck/won't let me through to the next screenA.
First try closing out of the app and reopening. If that does not work, try restarting your device. Ensure that your device is updated to the most current version of operating system available.
My verification code didn't workA.
Wait approximately 5 seconds after receiving the verification code before entering.
I did not receive a verification codeA.
Ensure the mobile number you have entered is correct. If it is correct, try turning off Wi-Fi as sometimes it can interfere with receiving text messages. Lastly, try restarting your device.
I am unable to download the appA.
Ensure you are connected to data (4G/LTE/5G) or Wi-Fi and that the link you followed matches your device as shown below. Lastly, try restarting your device.
