Boaz Maor serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Redirect Health where he leads efforts to ensure members can maximize value from their healthcare solutions. A seasoned startup executive, Boaz has a deep passion for Customer Success and has been instrumental in shaping the field. Prior to joining Redirect Health, Boaz served as the Chief Customer Officer at talech (acquired by U.S.Bank). Before that he held executive customer roles at OpenGov (acquired by Cox Enterprises), Mashery (acquired by Intel), newScale (acquired by Cisco) and FreeMarkets (IPO and then acquired by Ariba).

Recognized as a pioneer in the Customer Success movement, Boaz is a sought-after speaker, writer, and presenter at industry conferences and events. Boaz also serves on the board of the California-Israel Chamber of Commerce. He holds an MBA with honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
