Jennifer Erickson
Ms. Erickson joined Redirect Health as CFO in May 2022 to lead the Financial and Administrative Operations and guide Redirect Health through a significant stage of growth and profitability. Her focus is on ensuring sound financial performance and practices, strong profitable growth, and setting strategy for new business opportunities. Prior to joining Redirect Health, she held CFO, COO, and CEO positions in a variety of industries including healthcare, motorsports, start-up consulting, and entertainment, where she focused on optimizing operating and financial capabilities, maximizing customer satisfaction, and accelerating growth through organic sales and acquisition targets. Ms. Erickson’s experience also includes various positions at Sonora Quest Laboratories, Banner Health System, Honor Health, and Arthur Anderson. She holds a BA in Accounting from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
