Kirby Baer
Mr. Baer has served as Director of Business Development since August 2021. He has vast experience in the insurance industry, holding five insurance designations, four insurance licenses and two FINRA licenses. Prior to joining Redirect Health, Mr. Baer’s career included working with Nationwide as a Mergers and Acquisition consultant buying and selling agencies for almost 10 years. His insurance career began with a small nation carrier writing fleet size trucking risks, which led to a role with a regional carrier underwriting commercial accounts, and eventually into production underwriting and finally into sales management. Mr. Baer is a licensed stockbroker and holds a BSBA in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Shippensburg University.
