Mark Miola
Mr. Miola serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and has been with Redirect Health since 2019. His extensive operations experience ranges from small, early stage ventures to large corporations. He’s a career operations professional known for his ability to make substantial business and process improvements that drive results. Over his extensive career, Mr. Miola has been particularly effective at managing people, a trait that serves him well when helping startup and growing companies increase revenue and profitability. Prior to Redirect Health, he held leadership and operations roles with Motorola, Radio Shack and Emerson Electric. As founding COO with Solera Health, he was instrumental in the company’s rapid growth from startup through series B financing. Mr. Miola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA, with distinction, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
