We’re thrilled to announce Melissa DiGianfilippo as the winner of our Raising the Bar on Healthcare video challenge, which invited our members to tell us about how Redirect Health provided exceptional care while also saving them money. The contest was open to all Redirect Health members who received care between August and November 2015.
Melissa clenched the $1,000 prize for her video, in which she shared how Redirect Health made it possible for her to schedule a phone consultation with a physician after becoming ill during a business trip in Denver. The doctor diagnosed her over the phone and prescribed an antibiotic that she picked up at a nearby pharmacy. Since she didn’t have to wait to receive care, she was able to start the antibiotics while still in Denver, ensuring she wouldn’t spread the illness to her two young daughters when she returned home to Phoenix.
