Affordable Healthcare in Texas

I noticed a big change in what the experience was like with our previous plan with the large insurance carriers. We had issues with cost and issues with access to care. I honestly hated healthcare before Redirect Health because I had a lot of struggles going through the healthcare system. Big issues with understanding what we had access to and how to access care. It was always very confusing. Redirect Health has made the experience easier for me and my family. We use the app. Wow, the member app is my favorite because I am so busy, and everyone is super friendly, and it’s all just instantaneous.

I chose to offer Redirect Health to my employees for their health insurance. We have been with them for a few months, and I have had the opportunity to use them personally for my own health needs. I have also asked employees for their feedback, and they have far exceeded my expectations both as an employer and a consumer. Their response time is AMAZING!

Was able to schedule an appointment quick. No waiting when we got there because they have an online option for filling out all forms online prior to. In the examination room the wait for the doc was minimal and he was personable. Took the time to listen to us. (My husband & I had back to back appointments for overdue annual check ups and a couple of minor issues presenting during the pandemic) Overall I was very pleasantly surprised! This was our first visit seeing this primary doc at this facility, but so far so good.

With health insurance getting more expensive and figuring out ways to save money, Redirect Health has been worth every dollar paid. I always get service above and beyond what I expect!
